About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and XFour IT Limited, trading as XFour Labs ("we", "us"), company number 11776254, registered office 100 Berkshire Place, C/O KT Wells Ltd, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, RG41 5RD, United Kingdom. By downloading or using Door Supervisor Mock Tests you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. If those terms and these terms conflict, these terms apply, as far as the store rules allow.
How we use your personal data is explained in the Door Supervisor Mock Tests privacy policy.
The app
Door Supervisor Mock Tests has practice questions and mock exams for the SIA Level 2 Door Supervisor qualification. It is not affiliated with the SIA or any awarding body.
Using the app
- The app is for personal exam revision.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the app or the services behind it.
- Do not use the app to break the law or to harm anyone.
Purchases
- Full unlock, a one-time purchase. It removes the free question limit and unlocks the mock tests. Restore purchases is in the About screen.
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are handled under their payment and refund rules. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
When you buy digital content that starts at once, you agree that it starts at once and you lose the 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your other legal rights.
Our rights in the app
The app, its design, text, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, under these terms.
Important notes
- Not affiliated with, or approved by, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) or any awarding body.
- The questions are written to match the published course content, but we do not promise you will pass. Always study the official course materials.
- Law and guidance change. The app is not legal advice.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the app, so features may change. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. We try to keep the app working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses: the app is for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we stop offering the app, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
